6 years ago, I was a U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructor—working literally 20+ hour days, and craving more freedom. I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have a background in real estate. But I was obsessed with building a better life.

So I went all in. I bought a $1.2M fourplex with $0 down, had A LOT of learning lessons from evictions to contractor nightmares, and learned the hard way how development really works.

Since then, I’ve seen more than 500 ADU projects, and experienced what works - and more importantly - what doesn’t work, co-founded a development firm leveraging ADU law intelligently and expeditiously, and helped hundreds of homeowners and investors unlock equity and long-term wealth through ADUs and infill development.
